Providence India offers personal accident insurance to all full-time permanent caregivers with a sum insured up to three times the amount of the annual fixed base salary towards accidental death, total/partial disability, and related medical expenses.
We extend a life insurance policy to all our full-time permanent caregivers with a sum insured up to three times the amount of their annual fixed base salary.
At Providence, our full-time permanent caregivers can claim fitness reimbursements for ergonomic equipment, gym memberships, fitness or sports lessons, nutritional counselling, well-being app subscriptions, and more.
Our full-time permanent caregivers can tele-consult a doctor (general physicians and specialists) from a panel of qualified doctors from India’s top hospitals, book health check-ups and order medicines through MFine, a health care service app that Providence India has tied up with. The service is for caregivers and up to 5 family members*.

All permanent, full-time caregivers are entitled to reimbursements for short-term courses and up to 80% of fees* for studies towards a diploma, degree or doctorate program in a field or discipline directly related to the company’s business.

Providence India provides telephone and internet reimbursements* to all full-time, permanent caregivers.
As a permanent, full-time caregiver, you can lease a car for your official and reasonable personal use through our Car Lease Program. The program reimburses related expenses, including fuel costs, insurance premiums and driver’s salary.
Providence India reimburses expenses incurred for traveling when on leave, anywhere in India. This is part of the tax-saving benefits to help caregivers get the maximum from their annual pay package
Providence India offers full-time, permanent caregivers 20 days earned leave, 12 days sick leave, 12 days care leave per year along with 26 weeks maternity leave, 6 weeks paternity leave and 5 days of bereavement leave in addition to 12 public holidays per year.
For relocation to Hyderabad from any official work location in India, as a permanent, full-time caregiver, you are eligible for air travel for yourself and your family,* temporary accommodation and transport and assistance with finding a new home in the city, along with assistance for the shipment of household goods and vehicles.
We offer flexible benefits as part of caregivers’ salary packages. Tax exemptions can be availed in the form of leave travel allowance, children’s education allowance and children’s hostel allowance.
Female caregivers with children aged 6 months to 6 years are entitled to claim monthly childcare expenses* for up to two children for day care/creche fees.
