8. Term and Termination

Providence may hold you responsible for any point under Clause 5, and seek indemnity under Clause 7, even after termination.

9. Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises between a User(s) and Providence arising out of use of the Website or Services, thereafter, in connection with the validity, interpretation, implementation or alleged breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, the dispute shall governed by the laws of India. The exclusive forum for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be a court of law located in Hyderabad, Telangana.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Providence reserves the sole right to change these Terms and Conditions at any point in time. All changes will be effective when published unless a different effective date is specified. Your continued use of the Providence Website after we have posted a change to these Terms and Conditions will be considered your consent to the change.
